Have you ever gone about your day like normal and then the smallest thing happens that makes your day? This happened to me this week. I was doing my math homework. I opened up my calculator to find that someone wrote "I love you". One of my best friends wrote that and it made me feel good. The little things can really make an impact.
This got me thinking, what does this have to do with leadership? Well the little things that you do can get you recognized as a leader. People notice and appreciate the little things that you do in life. You may think that no one is watching, but someone is. You can't let yourself slack as a leader just because no one is around. Always know that someone appreciates the little things that you so...even if they don't let you know.
