Group Work

We did three different activities with group work this week. I found it a lot of fun to learn how all of my classmates work together. I learned that it is ok to have people who don't help hands on in the group. If they are outside watchers they can more easily see things that aren't working and need changed. They can easily look at the big picture. It is also good to have one or two initiators instead if everyone in the group because then everyone is talking over each other. Sometimes when we were working in the group we had to change our strategy because the intial attempt wasn't working out. You are always going to have this...so it's good to be able to look at what you are doing and tweak it so that it works
